What's the proper (best) way to bleed the rear brakes on a 98 B3000 2WD

umm...til all the air is pumped out of the system and make sure the fluid is topped up after? Just like doing it on any other vehicle.

some vehs you need the engine running, others you use gravity bleed first...just wondering

you can bleed it with out the engine running man, I believe the bleed screw is 7mm hope this helps

just to be clear Baha,he's got a Rangerized '98 like the one in my sig.


I could suggest trying to bleed it without the motor running first and see what happens. If that doesn't work,then I would run it. Having ABS,there is a chance that you may need the key On or the engine running.
