I've got some escalade rims, what size self centering lug nuts can i use that will fit my 92 b22?

Thanks

one more question, is it better to grind the tabs down on the hub, or the rim itself?

honestly I prefer machining the wheel. I had a friend of mine machine mine out. Just seems safer to me. That's my opinion.

These are the lugs I used. Make sure they have the large shoulder on them. You cannot use the regular acorn style nuts on the Eskies because they do not seat properly.
