short bed waight

As some of you may saw in my other post my fuel gauge dose not work, and thanx to this forum ive narrowed it down to the sender in the tank. I went to the junk yard today and guess what i found, 96 mazda extended cab. i pulled the fuel pump send and all, so i should have a working fuel gauge soon. My question is how much dose the bed of a b2300 or any shortbed truck bed weigh ? I hear its much easier to pull the bed off then drop the tank ? I could get a garage all to myself tomower and do it, but i would be taking the bed off alone, there is a over head wench in the garage though >?

SO can i get away with doing it all on my own ? or NAY

should be able to do it by yourself i mean i don't see why not ... especially with a head wench .

cool, now all i need is a big ass torx bit for a impact wrench.
