1990-1993 4x4 auto-hubs, can you shift to 4hi while moving?

curious as to whether or not the auto/remote hubs feature on the later 4x4s lets you engage the front axle while you are moving. Anybody know more about it?

i highly doubt that old of a truck will lock hubs while in motion.....
