cab cuts look ok so far. i would recommend cutting the tranny tunnel down to accomadate the heater core mounting. are you back halfing it? why did you cut the front off for?

first bd i got it setting on 4x4,s with 3/4 tubeing like the 101 bd that seth did in mini truckin and am not running a heater in it not going to be a every day driver am going to cet the floor back so i can angel some 16g i got pic fix but photobucket is not working

Spacer is the same size as the pinch weld. Keeps a more accurate drop then resting the rolled rocker on a flat surface, as the rolled rocker isn't always even. This is the way I did it in the tech article. Works awesome, and lays nicely.

I'm about to do a body drop too. Im kinda dumb with some of this stuff. I understand where to cut the floor and all that. But what is the purpose of cutting the front clip off? Where do you weld it back up at? not tryin to jack the thread just didn't want to start a whole nother one.
this is the only thing that confuses me. Any insight?

this is my parts truck i cut the front off to get it out off my way i did this truck not my other truck dont cut ya front off lol if i get this one right then am putting the cab on my other truck

yeah so i'm doing on parts truck too. Are you just going to reweld the front clip to the cab?? Because I will also be transfering the cab to my truck after body dropped. BUt i might use the front clip off the daily driver. So you have to move up the radiator support or somethign right as far as doing stuff to the front along with notching for the lower hose?
