i was going to say the same thing.. all i see is cut metal.. i would have recomened a grinder with a zip disk for the cuts.. way easier to make a straight cut..

danm I feel one hell of a headache coming on but I turned my screeen on it's side and you need to get those lines abit straighter I would suggest the same thing as at dusk wrote cut off wheel and a marker to make a straight line but you have the idea down bro

question #1.. are you laying your body lower than your frame.. it looks as though in a couple pics ( once i turned my screen sideways, thanks for the tip v8mazda) that you have the frame on the wood plus a i/2 inch peice of metal..... but the body sits on the wood only.. therefor making your body drop a 1/2 lower than your frame.. here is just a helpful hint... i did a 4 inch body drop on my 73.. and the frame lays the same as the body.. if i were to do it again.. id likely make it so my body sat about an 1/2 inch higher than the frame.. .. just my 2 cents... ( canadian, so it really doenst add up to much)

answer to your question 1 no it still has the pinch on the bottom that im sure he will cut off later and then it will lay rocker and frame at the same time
