Power steering problem

So after not having working power steering for a couple months and trying to fix it numerous times I finally found the problem.

It is leaking where the steering column connects into what I believe is the rotary valve. Right where they connect is basically a black cap covering a bearing. It is leaking right out of there.

Is there any way to fix or rebuild this? A new one runs about $600 from local parts stores, I'm sure I could find it for less but as of now I am looking for a used unit or a way to fix mine.

Heres a pic of the part I am talking about:

Thanks

Thanks guys. I messaged Maztang about it. If anyone close to Ontario has this part message me please!

So I'm guessing there is no possible way to fix this or replace the bearing or whatever it is right there?
