Believe it or not, it is a factory option. But it was outsourced. Mazda, Nissan, and Toyota all had this option, and it was customizable. But it was not done by the manufacturer itself. They provided a company (which I cannot remember the name of) with a chassis, and a cab and some instructions of what the customer wanted, and they had about 2 weeks to build it. If you keep an eye out they have been doing it since the 70s, and it continued into the mid-late 80s.

some parts of this thing are akward, but overall thats pretty sweet. thanks seth for the background on it to. someone should buy this fucker just for the dually box!!

can u imagine how that little motor must strain to drag that ugly thing around? 0-60 in 2 weeks-- with a tailwind.Lol.BJ
