Like you mentioned, the UM V2C-650S you are looking at IS a rebadged Hyosung (the original maker). The bike you are looking at actually is the GV650 Avitar and costs $6,299 from Hyosung dealers (before rebates). UM promises a good parts catalog, but they do have a rep for poor parts availability and some other warrenty issues. Quite a few people were hoping that Hyosung would make it on there own rather then selling out here in the US. The problem is that Hyo never got the market advertising it needed (my opinion).
