Need Help fuel system !!!!!!!

Alright so i'm gettin fuel all the way up to my carb. However it is not dumping into the carb. Does anyone have any pics of where the feed and return lines should hook up to the carb on a b2200 stock carb. Btw this b2200 did not have a mechanical fuel pump. I have the electric pump gettin it all the way up to the carb with no problem. Just can't figure out why it isn't gettin to the carb. Please advise, i'm not too good with fuel systems. I'm so close but yet so far from gettin this thing running.

is there a fuel filter on the line?

Yes there is but it is right back by the fuel cell after the electric pump. I get fuel past it like no other. lol just nothing hits the carb when i hit the gas pedal. I messed up somewhere, just don't know where because it was already hacked from the getgo.
