I was wondering how and where people were relocating their wiper motors to when cleaning out the engine bay?. I want to smooth the whole firewall with only the brakebooster and brake lines left there.

just move it directly behind were it's at now. you have to biuld a bracket to hold motor and then decide how you want to reroute wire, plug going to the motor. if you don't understand make sure i have ur email address and i'll send a picture

thanks for the info and pic rutter

it won't be a problem with the wiring since there is no piece under the cowl right now.

I went ahead and just made a bracket lastnight and it worked out great. I cut a pattern that bolted to the back of the wiper motor, then just did a few tabs from that to the inside of the cowl. The whole thing just unbolts and is removable incase something goes wrong with the wipers as well.
