thanx to baggedb22 i will be getting my dear old truck goin again hey man thanx for the help just finishin the fenders up and about to mount the standard cab bed on my ex cab lol! 13" shorter gonna look nice all 4x4ed out i will get pics asap of the build

the standard cab bed is not 13" shorter than the ex cab bed. You must have a long bed or something.

Yah I thought the standard cab bed was only an inch or so longer than the ext cab bed.

no no no i cut it down in the front to line up with the ex cab axle position the whole truck is 13 inches shorter (took 13" off the rear of frame) old skool bobbed look i will get pics when it is on the truck and an over all measurement ( prolly munday thats my next day off work)

so it's gonna look like one of those shorty trucks,right?

I can't wait to get my Mazda here so I can start on it too....We are gonna need a bigger carport.

Can't wait to see pics.I wanna build a cab plus with a shortened bed.After I saw pics of the one devB22 posted I think I can improve that bed better.And will look alot better without those wire wheels in that pic.

Sweet man. I am not a shorty fan...hence the standard bed on the daully in my avatar... but it is awsome that the mazda's are so versitile. Cant wait to see the craftsman ship either....oh yeah PICS!
