I have read and heard that braking comes to be aproblem as the way it unloads and stops chAnges plus angles and pinion become a issue as well. I have seen some done and they do look great but I have never done one and do not plan on doing one. just my 2 cents if you want more info i have some reading material from a few other shops that have the pros and cons of reverse 4 links even from one place that screams NO NO NO NO DON'T DO IT.

there is another one somehwhere that shows what happens when you brake under extreme speed and showing it damn near getting ripped out from under the truck.

I recently bought a mazda that someone installed a reverse 4 link on. I dont like it at all it feels weird under braking and when you get on the throttle hard at a dead stop it feels like the back of the truck lifts a little. the only plus I see to it is it still has the stock gas tank. I wouldn't recommend that you do a reverse 4 link.

Well I owned a 3 pump juiced Ranger that had a 4 link ran reverse!
I never had a problem wit it besides the damn carrier bearing kept going out!
It was chain bridged also!

hell yeh elbine thats the exact vid i was talkin about. the only con i know of is keepin the tank in the stock location. but if thats what your worried about you can do a wishbone setup.

I have a triangulated four link that is reversed and I like how it rides. I don't have any problems stopping either and mine rides smooth. I will say that forward four links are better but I think a safe and reliable reverse four link can be built because I have one. I know alot of guys down here in Texas that have reverse four links and the only problem everyone of them seem to have is burning out. They all ride smooth and have no problems brakeing but the rear end does hop a little when you try to burn out.
