I just recently pulled off a 3 wheel with my truck, 160psi, chain bridge and no weight in the rear except for the taneau cover and fuel cell.

Ill try to explain the best I can. Im going to use Hydraulics as an example, but the same will work for bags. You install 2 lengths of chain between the axle and the bridge (notch brigde between frame rails) They should be roughly 10 inches or so apart each car is different. I usually measure 1 or 2 inches from the "pumkin" of the rear end on each side. now you use big cylinders, roughly 14" strokes work best. You lift the strokes up about 10" and measure between the axle and bridge, and make your chain that length. when attached, the back end will only lift 10" so you have about 4" of stroke not used. well when you go to kick a three wheel you wire the switches to dump one side while lifting the other side pushing the stroke to its 14" limit while smashing the other one down to 0" of lift using the chain as a "pivot point" now that i have you confused. I will give you a link to how to someone did =)

I was hoping someone else would try to explain the chain bridge. Have installed 6 different setups this way, but is still difficult to explain.

Yeah, a chain bridge is your best bet. The Nissan I am buildign right now is set up to 3-wheel, and will hopefully do a standing 3-wheel, but is doubtful since its a truck. But we'll see.

The other thing you can do to help, is build a 4-link with a low roll center. It will make the truck act more top heavy, and make it easier to get into the motion. This si what I did, and I'm just about done.

If you check out my project thread I just finished putting the chain bridge together. Less ghetto than the lowriders do it.

Chains are ghetto as shit. And welding them to the frame and axle is even more ghetto.

chains arent really ghetto at all, specially nice chrome chains and set up right, they dont "ching" at all...and yes welding the chain straight to the axle is ghetto..PERIOD, it doesnt matter what genre you are building. but not ALL "lowriders" build them that way.. I am a "lowrider" as well as a mini trucker, and the "ghetto" setups I do look VERY similar to the one on your build up. Just dont generalize, good fabrication is good fabrication, it dont matter what genre you build. You are a good fabricator dude, obviously... just dont talk shit about other "genres" that you arent into.
