Navi wheel question....

I got a set of 18" navigator wheels I believe the recommended tire size to run is a 225/40/18 but as me thinking the recommened size to buy was 215-40 I went out and bought 2 of them. Now I no I can still use them but how bad of a stretch will this put on the tire?
