you are correct though mazdas go that way, which is dont know why yota didnt, the 20r yota motor is a 2.2liter too

Hey just remember people are just trying to help but some have to relax and read the whole post before putting up a response as some times we are just kidding around and some take things a little to serious.

I have a Grand am with a 2.4 twin cam not sure on the HP and why it does have more power than my truck. Its not half as fun to drive. And I think in the end it really does not matter about the power but how much fun you have driving it

The cruise light on factory cc is integrated into the cruise main switch.It is a small orange lite,hard to see in the daytime. I dont think cruise will come on under 40mph.55 sounds a little high so u may have a leak in the vac hose from ur mainfold to the cruise actuator on the drivers fenderwell.BJ

your probably right, because it seemed like it wanted to keep accellerating but i hit the brakes before cusz i was coming to a stop. ill check it night. thanks man
