Weak Windshield Wipers

ok now im pissed lol, so i took out the motor/pump thing cuz it wasnt turning on... figured i will get one from hocbj23, well i was bored and got my 19.2v battery for my drill and hooked it up to my water/pump thing and it turned on, so i think the solenoid was just stuck and just needed to be broke loose with a lotta power lol, anyway so the wipers work and the sprayers work but my damn "wiper"
light is still on WTF!!!!???!!!??!?!?!

take the bulb out.... hahah

I think the "wiper"lite comes on when the washer fluid is low in the reservoir.If your reservoir is full and the lite is still on,maybe a short in the wiring from the reservoir to the warning lite?If u dont want to chase that rabbit,do as above post suggests and take the freakin bulb out.Lol.BJ

lol, i hate "covering up" i am one of the idiots who have to make it right lol, its dumb yes i know and tedious too, but i will find it i promise lol, just dont know how long it will take. i thought it meant fluid low too but its full.

Yeah.Me too.I want everthing to work like it is supposed to.So far everything on my old Dawg does work but u never know.Post up when u fix it cause I am sure there are others out there with the same problem.BJ

ahh yes well i figured out my "wiper" light, it is in fact the "level" sensor light of fluid in the resevoir, the float for some reason no longer floats lol, anyway i got one today off a buddies junker layin in his back yard and the light is GONE!! woohoo

should have just taken the bulb out. haha
