Picking up an '84 Toyota

Well, as some of you know I am putting a SB 350 in the Mazda and when I bought the SB it came with the car which was a '73 Camaro. Well, I know a guy at work and he was talking about making a trailor out of this '84 Toyota!
I said WAIT! Turns out it is 2WD Standard Cab Short Box! I went to take a peek at it and its COMPLETELY STRAIGHT for an '84.
So I asked how much, and he said a '73 Camaro w/o an engine!
Thats right, I am trading him straight across for the toyota! It doesn't have an engine,but already has 350 mounts welded in!
Guess we will see!
