navigator rims drilling them

I was woundering what I need to do to make the navigator rims fit how do I redrill them ?

take them to a machine shop tell them you want them redrilled 6 x 139

what does that mean the hole need to be bigger or ?

no it mean the pitch circle diameter if different....or the PCD. And make sure the machine shop has one of the lugs to to make a.) the hole big enough for the studs, b.) the angle right on the bottom of the stud, c.) the hole big enough for the nut in the top portion of the hole.

And while there at the machine shop make sure the center bore if big enough, and if it is or is too big have em throw up some hubcentric rings on the lathe.

aren't they 5 lug?
