Im pretty sure NO... your saying take the xcab off the frame and put it on the reg cab frame right?

body mounts will more than likely be different. to do anything other than swap a short bed for a short bed, or a reg cab for a reg cab,(or long bed or ext cab -you get the picture) you'll have to change the frame. either make it longer/shorter and/or change body/bed mounts
