I've been readin through the threads with people that run stock GM wheels. Sounds like something I'll end up doin. My question is, has anyone had a machine shop shave the hub part of the wheel down to gain more backspacing? I want to tuck a little on a static drop but want to turn also. 4x4 fenders will be an option. Thanks for your help!

im not sure about static but with my 17's i have to have all up or at least over the wheels to turn when its down dont even think about it. my wheels are a litte wide though. it might be different with escalades or sonmething
