Ya, my brothers and I are pretty tight...

Random list of things we've done together: Scouts, worked for the same house construction company, camping, canoe-camping, buying and renovating the family cottage, home renovations, historical interpretation.

The latest project we are working on is flipping a house. I bought it for 55K, we are putting about 40K into it and plan on selling it for 160K. The housing market in Manitoba is HOT and the area where the house is located attracts professional couples wanting a house close to downtown.
