new aim screen name -

well today my computer decided it wanted to play games- so i hit system recovery and guess what? it deleted 600 some pics from shows from the past 2 years , all my documents i saved , passwords and links , AND my aim and yahoo msger .

You shouldn't of had to make a new AIM s/n. Just reinstall the software....

i would have to re-sign in to that old aim - and i honestly don't remember the password- and i no longer have that email address i used when i signed up for that aim . So its a lost cause for me .

Ah, that makes more sense, lol. I still know my AIM password, hehe.

how do you accidently hit system recovery?

I HIT IT and then it said something bout shit being backed up first -but it was too late- I fuckin lOST everythng- i had- another issue. i don't know if its my computer doing it or a yahoo problem .

when i want to reply to a email in my yahoo mail it shows the senders email and the subject and then where the reply goes - it don't let me - at the bottom left corner it says page error - i HIT refresh and nothing happens to change it - is it my computer or is it a yahoo issue?

im pretty sure it ask you if you want to do this or not, and most computers will give you several options before you reformat your computer, not trying to sound like an ass but im a computer geek and you really can hit system recovery at startup but it will ask you several times before you do it.. and it takes a lil bit before the screen shows up
