Is an Element a Minitruck ?

Thank you everyone for yer input, It was fun to post this, and I got lots of opinions.
I think its unanimous none of us think that an Element is a Minitruck.
I posted this to settle the debate at work, some people were saying it was and I disagreed.
Now I have your support for the debate at work on monday.

is ur Element dropped at all?
Just looked he put real low pro tires on with rims that covered the whole wheel well...i didnt think its was static dropped at all.
