Those are aftermarket. You can find them on Japanese sites, but they're like $500! I think they look pretty cool except where they don't match the front bumper.
HotDawg, I think you're right. The hood, grill, lights, and bumper should just bolt on. I actually had Mazda part numbers at one point...
Phatkix, you oughtta bring up a whole truck load of those grilles next time you're in Jamaica. I'd buy one

Better looking than a Ranger,but still pretty generic and boring imo. I saw some of those in Minitruckin on some Aussie trucks and wondered about that front clip because I'd never seen it before, That red truck looks sweet. Love the wheels on it.
