Yes that could be a possibility BUT I wouldn't gain any functional travel.
have you thought about maybe swapping in a pre-98 ranger front frame clip?
Hey Lime bro thanks so much for the pics. You're about the perfect hieght imo! I love it dude lol, makes me jealous
I think I'll go with the body lift then get tires and see how much lift I need in the suspension. Probably be awhile before I do tires though due to the ole budget
I hauled 20 10ft split rail posts and about 10 line and corner posts when I was 3" dropped in the rear. Thank God I hadn't removed the bumpstops yet cuz I rode on them the whole way...was rather plush ride tbh
LOL if you can think of it I have already thought of it - clips, fab in some I beams, swap over to a full Yota suspension, drop brackets. A guy on Yotascene is selling upper arms, I was thinking about getting him to make a set BUT just a bit longer. Ahhh hell I sould just buy myself a bender and start cuttin and weldin. See what comes from it.
Lime, you spoke of the "engine weighing down the front" ... so you got a "non-stock" engine? If so what?
I'm sure I've read it somewhere but don't remember
Lol, I found that the truck rides a lot better with some serious weight in the rear.
I'm kinda jealous too. Wish I would have left it like that
i think lifting a 2wd mazda is the stupidest thing ive ever heard. whats the point of lifting it if it cant 4x4, silly posers
hey, whats the point of lowering a truck if you cant drive it where a truck was meant to go....
shut up, evevryone is entitled to their opinions, but there is no place for negative people around here.
HAHA now there is a voice of reason . .
GET A LIFE ..!..
