hello from florida

hey all, my name is Troy and i live in the ne part of florida....around jacksonville.this is my 3rd mazda truck.i have had one 91 cab plus,one 89 std cab swb with a 302 that i built and now have a 87 std cab swb.it is a b2200...(all were b2200's).it has an auto tranny.runs and drives great.i got it for $300 and drove it 70 miles home without one problem.it looks bad....dented front bumper,hood and broke grille and marker lights.the back bumper is all twisted up but the resr of the body is good.it was gold and it was painted by spray bomb a bright blue color.i plan on painting it a burnt orange color after all body work and mods are done.this one will either get a efi 5.0 with a t5 tranny or a 2.3 turbo svo motor with a t5.my buddy has my old 89 with the 5.0...he just recently converted it to a 5 speed..i is really sweet now...but anyways i just thought i would say hey amd i look forward to being on this great site.thanks

either a turbo 2.3 swap or efi 5.0 with a 5 speed behind both. it will be lowered but no scraping the ground...more of a streetrod stance.5 lug conversion...maybe. complete repaint to corvette orange.all black interior.and thats just a few of the plans i have for it.
i think i will post a vote on the 2.3 turbo or efi 5.0 swap.......

now the rear bumper has been removed and the front fender wells are just above the top of the tire.looks way better already....now to get the back down.
