blown head gasket

hey guys new to site and love it, just had motor rebuild 30,000 miles ago anyway replaced everything as far as cooling new radiator the whole works, are these motors prone to overheating alot or do i need to swap motors. im doing frame restoration and up and dont want to get everything done and it happen again. and yes everything was done right during install... will another head just work im looking for the easiest bolt on stuff

also will try getting some pics up, replacing all the suspension, ball joints, lower control arms, not bagging right now not enough money to do.
