Hello.... Nice Forum~!

Hey all, just wanted to say hey and that I am so glad I finally found a decent forum for the Mazda B2200 fans out there.

I have a 1988 Mazda B2200 pick up and have had it since it was brand new.
At 197,000 miles, the motor had a horrible ticking and I ordered one of those engines from China that had under 50k miles on it. Boy was that a mistake. It came with burnt valves and it didnt quite look like it was supposed to. I said F**k it and just went to the dealership, plopped out the plastic and said I wanted a brand new engine (crate engine). $2500 later I had a brand spanking new engine. Just had to add my intake. While I was at it I rebuilt the carb and added a new clutch. The clutch I could not believe. It was worn down only half way of the brand new plate.

Anyways.... enough about me for now...

Lowered 2 inches, sun visor, modular wheels....what was I thinking?

Not a good scan, but this was back in the day when I had a sun visor and lowered 2 inches.


Around 1994 got the interior done.

Removed the larger toolbox from the back and added a smaller one. (low profile)


What I want is some old school five stars like 15x8 or something that stick out just a little bit, and put some 50's on it. Give it a sqautty beefy look.
