New to the site - just picked up a 1994 UK model B2000.

some pics below (although the rubber side bits have now been removed fully) and any tips or ideas you have on how i can...cheaply...improve the old thing are welcome. only had it a week, pretty big impulse buy, but i love it!

+1 on the rack/hooks removal. Also, the six piece car cleaning kit is junk. You want to get the seven.
