Newbie from State College Pa

I'm glad I finally found a forum to ask some b questions. I have an 89 B2200 with a 302 under the hood. Other than that its dropped 4" all around currently with Z71 wheels and 03 Neon seats. I have a set of Navigator wheels that I want to put on but I'm not understanding the whole "drill out the centers and have the lugs redrilled" process. If you could explain this a little better or direct me to someone who can it would be greatly appreciated.

welcome to the scene.... b series are hub centric hubs.... you can either have the rims bored out to fit the hub tabs (which can be pricey) or just cut and grind the tabs down.....
