I used the stock radio trim piece that come with our trucks and fiberglassed the radio bezel in.

That's slick! You didn't happen to make two of those did ya??? We are in the process of disasembaling the dash. Where did you mount your speakers?

No sir, I can though. Theres a solid trim piece at the junkyard I can grab and whip up for you, but I will warn you it was a pain in the ass to do. But if you are interested shoot me a pm and I will shoot you a price.

Theres 2 holes behind the seats on the sides for 4" speakers, but you could always use your door panels. There is one place under the dash for a 4" speaker.

i am installing the 4"ers behind the seats and building some kick panels to hold some 5 1/4s.

I ordered my system from Crutchfield Friday. I picked up the Pioneer DEH-P5000UB, also going to cut-in some door speakers, Alpine SPS-17C2 6-1/2"/6-3/4" 2-way and installing some 4" speakers in the corners behind the seat where the holes exist already, Alpine SPS-10C2 4" 2-way. Hope I can get plenty of sound out of them. Sure the setup will last a while until I get a little further with the other mechanical stuff. Going to head for the state inspection station today, my son has been working on all of the stuff they are going to check there. Looks to be in order.
