I trained the owner of the car to watch for the bolt to see where it lands as soon as the strut exploded apart. I would start to yell at him/her "WHERE DID IT GO! , WHERE DID IT GO!!!!.....IT TOOK A WHILE TO FIND "DAT SON BITCH".....If they couldn't find it, I told them CAN'T YOU FOLLOW SIMPLE DIRECTIONS????!!!!! If they couldn't find the bolt, I used their pair of vise grips and put it back together and told them to drive to the nearest dealer like that to buy a new one....teeheehee!!!!
