WELL I WOULD EITHER CUT THE STOCKS ABOUT 1 TURN OR BUY SOME 2TON SPRINGS FROM YOUR LOCAL HYDRALIC SHOP AND YOUR CAN MAKE IT THE HIGHT YOU WANT AND THE RIDE WILL STILL BE GOOD I HATE THE SPONGEY RIDE FROM DJM OR AFTER MARKET SPRING OUT THERE. I JUST TOOK MY NOTCH OUT OF MY TRUCK AND PUT A STEP ON IT BECAUSE WHEN YOUR TOWING IT'S STILL GOING TO BOTTOM OUT EVEN WITH AIR SHOCK

i guess mine isnt as bad as the springs compressors popping out...

I had a 91 Nissan that I just turned and turned on the torsion bars till it came to its final resting place. Then I shoved some blocks in the back. Then I had the 15 inch deep dish hammers that stuck out.

oooohhhh, I just remembered, before the truck, I had a 87 Buick Regal that I had tinted with limo tint and "drips" in silver. Then I yanked the back cushion and ran a board with 2 15"'s and some horns on the deck.

Those are classics. I would have loved to have been there to see the look on your face in BOTH incidents. LOL!

Yeah, back in the day I used to have my own mobile drop shop from the trunk of my 69 Camaro. I had just a couple of deep sockets and wrenchs,a spring compressor to reinstall struts, and a jack and stands, also a pillow from an old sofa. You may be asking "what's the pillow for"?....well I laid the pillow up right against the nearest wall, gate or garage door, I then pointed the strut assembly toward the pillow then proceeded to loosen the center strut bolt till the last thread and BOOM!!! the spring popped out and we used to go on a hunt for the main strut bolt......then cut the coils.....back then I charged $100.00 front and rear....
