6.5 td upgrades

I recently bought a 96 chevy 3500 td dually. I know these arent powerhouses but I want moer power than stock. I know it wont compete with duramax's or powerstrokes but I just want it to have more get up and go than it does it stock form. What if any have you guys done to yours for performance? Id like to know what you did and what worked best for your engine. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help.

Not worth the time and money you will spend on it. I had every upgrade done to mine except changing the compression.... Save your money and put a cummins in it.... More power and better fuel mileage
