What was the condition of the truck prior to the tune up?

Did it run fine?

All this happened right after the t/u?

If there were no problems before it is pretty safe to say you screwed up.

Does it run the same at idle as it did?

I'd start by checking the timing, easy and quick to do. Then if that's alright I'd pull 1 spark plug wire off at a time while it's idling and see if I could narrow down where the problem is. Then go from there. I'm going to guess you got a couple wires crossed.

Catalytic converter is what I meant. It may be stopped up. When one is stopped up it causes the same problems you described.

Down that same line of questioning that Husk had, if it ran well before you worked on it and you were just doing PM for the hell of it...then it's either you got the wires on wrong, trusted the factory gap on the plugs and they were wrong, or...you got some defective new parts. Don't rule that out. But check the plug wire routing first.
