Engine Swap

Just wanted to post a few pics of my fresh motor swap. I just installed a 97' 350 Vortec with a 4L80 electronic transmission in my 89' Crewcab GMC. I recomend it for you older dually owners.

*please dont ridicule my pics, they were taken before i started cleaning up the wiring and whatnot.....

nice swap! where did you get the updated motor?

I bought it from a local salvage yard...its said to have only 40k miles on it....
