84 b2000 timing help

Can anyone help me out on the timing procedure on an 84 b2000? Also is this engine an interference engine?

You will need to remove the tensioner, squeeze it in a vise to compress the spring, and then insert a pin like a 2mm hex key to hold it back until you reinstall it. There are pictures on the web that show how the chains are supposed to be oriented.

I believe the chain engines are interference motors.
