And clean the valves etc. My truck burns oil, my supervisor suggested I add ATF to it. I also want to change my PCV valve maybe that'll help too, thoughts? Thanks I'm fairly new to the UF chassis.

Nope. These engines all burn oil for the same reasons. If the factory(aftermarket units sometimes prove guilty) pcv valve doesn't help, you need to re-ring the pistons.

I appreciate the input I knew there was a reason I was on the fence about it, however, spending less than 10 dollars on a quart of ATF just to see what happens wouldn't hurt my wallet.

You will know more if you do a compression test. If the truck motor has over 150k on it it might have worn out rings and ATF will wear them out quicker. You will need to do a "wet compression" test.

My B2200 smoked and still had 165 psi in each cylinder. I re-did the head and did new pistons, rings, and connecting rods at 183K miles in 2011 and then had no smoke (did that without pulling the engine). Now at 210K.
