Body lifting an automatic

So I've given up my search for a suspension lift and have began looking for body lifts. I don't want anything major, just 2". But due to my truck having an automatic transmission I think this search will be just as hard as finding a suspension lift! Anyone know of a body lift that will work on a 1993 B2600i ext cab with an auto tranny?

Some of the guys on mazdatrucking have used hockey pucks to do a body lift. I doubt the type of transmission has anything to do with it.
