How to tighten up turning radius on 1989 B2200

So, my B2200's turning radius is a bit too wide, how can I tighten it up so I can turn sharper?

It's a truck, not a sports car.

Wait really? I thought it was a Miata!

Seriously though, you have to be able to adjust something to affect your steering...

I'm just trying to shave 2° off my turn radius so I can turn sharper, roads around here are kinda tight.

My B2200 Cab Plus is similar, very wide turn radius; much more than on my '98 and 2004 Frontiers.
