Painting, this will be its third paint job for various reasons. Any suggestions? keeping the factory color!

Suggestions on where to go to have it painted or suggestions on how to go about painting it yourself?

Thanks! But I was referring to painting myself. Base coat clear coat method? Single stage? Pros and cons of each? Preparation? Example use the primer or can I mix it up color?
