What shocks give a good ride on the rear I'm running 3 inch blocks with just one leaf removed.

Generally any decent shock will ride good. The main thing you should focus on is anything binding or bottoming out. If the truck only has block in the rear the rear suspesion should ride like its stock.

i would do a nice gas shock but make sure it has plently of travle

Ok I've got air shocks but I broke one off hitting a pothole
