I don't want to z the frame an I don't want to buy a bolt on crossmember I want to weld it to the frame has any one on here built one or is there any others ones out there that can work

Porterbuilt will sell just the cross member and you can get a weld on version.

Cat Fish on here builds his own weld in version, there are some pics in his blazer build up thread. He used DJM arms and a mustang steering rack if I remember correctly. Check it out and see if you can gather any info or ideas from the pix
