The wheels look like the Limited 357 commonly known as "Blades".

My guess is someone has some cheese or a buddy who works at a tire plant and had some made. Wheels could easily be made from old tractor hoops and some steel machined spokes.

Might have to made me a set of 44s for the dually and call it the "Donk-a-Dually".
