ok ill mess with it. and i got the psi down to 100 and its too slow for the front but too fast for the rear.

You can get a flow control valve that will restrict the flow to what ever you set it at one direction and allow full flow the other direction. I installed some of these just the other day. They we not that expensive either.

Add some inline flow controls, tune them to your liking and call it a day.

where did you find some that were cheap?

From a local pneumatics shop, I will get the brand and part number tomorrow for ya.

it is an SMC flow control, PN I was given is an NAS-4000-N03, but when I google that part number it looks different, but should do the same job. The part I had, is a square grey block with a black knob, like a shop air regulator. It was $17
