Already ahead of you. The truck is getting an '06 expedition front clip. The headlights that are on there are better than the ones that were on the truck when I got it, and they were free... so I put them on. The tail lights were also the alteza ones, there is now a coat of candy red over them so they look more factory.

If you don't mind me asking, how much did it cost for the expo sheet metal? Did you get it from ford?

I just have to wire the fog lights and cut the factory grill to fit the upper billet grill. Then give the fenders a trim and round rod treatment. The front end as pictured was less than a days work! I welded the sides of the tubs and welded the notch cover on today as well. Oh yeah, and I made a bad arse "best supsension" trophy for the Art of Noize Independence Day show this weekend.
