Need help looking for a bumper..

Ok, i remember FBI (if im not mistaken) had a chrome bumper with the frenched license plate on one side and was slanted or tilted to one side. I have searched and searched and canno't find it. Any help in pointing me to the right direction is greatly appreciated, thank you..
