I WAS INSTALLING MY YORK AND RAN INTO A SNAG. I BUILT FITTINGS AND BUT REALIZED THAT I INSTALLED THE CHECK VALVE RT AT THE COMP. WILL THIS BE A PROBLEM? I HEARD THAT THESE THINGS GENERATE UP TO APROX. 200 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT. WILL THIS DAMAGE THE VALVE? I HAVE ALWAYS SEEN THEM INSTALLED AT THE END OF THE BRAIDED LINE. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

I ran my check valve near the tank just in case the line breaks it will not lose tank pressure.

I have one 3 ft from compressor, so the Square D pressure switch can dump the head pressure. Then I have another from the main line to the tank at the back, and one from the tank to the valve manifold. I want to make sure I don't lose air while towing.

Thanks for the info guys! I hadnt thought about running the check valve at the tank thats a great idea. What I was trying to get info on was if the checkvalve could handle the heat. but all the info is great I think I will get my hands on one more valve!
