working at a salvage yard is better then working at a titty bar. if i worked at a salvage yard i would take home more junk then money.

got the front clip centerd and welded to the tablerear axle setup where it needs to be the wheel base is 141.5inches or about 11 feet 8 inchesthis the frame rail that will connect to the front clip and be under the cab it is made to look mandrel bent at a 25 degree angleits internally fish plated and fully weldedground down nice and pretty after about an hour and a half of work and im pretty happy with it

That thing is gonna be sick. The cab is beautiful. how wide is that 720 rearend? An isuzu rodeo rear is a 6 lug dana 44 with disc brakes. Its about 58" end to end just somethin for you to think about if you can grab whatever you want at that junkyard.

bend number 2 done its a 20 degree bend by the waybend number 3 done witch is also a 20 degree bendout side of the front part to the outside of the back part it 7 inchesthis rail is now done for now still needs a 90 degree bend in the rear but i will have to get it under the truck first to deside where i want it

How do you fish plate the inside of a frame rail? Been trying to research it but can't find much

i used a peice of 3/16 flat steel about 6 inches long and 2.5 high then on the 2x3 i drill 3 holes in a triangle on both sides of the joint then before i tack the 3 outside peices on i tack weld the internal plates then tack the outside plate on then the top and bottom plates then plug weld the holes and weld up the seams

its been pushed out customers come first and i have a s10 i bagged last year that i am no dooring (well 1/2 inch from the door) doing a sheetmetal bed door panels and dash and it needs to be done and drive to tex mex so its taking all my free time ill probably get back on it after tex mex
